Every school has specific needs, such as the requirement for teachers with individual skill sets, the need for staff continuity or simply fitting within financial restrictions.

These needs are not mutually exclusive and need to be considered with every supply booking.

School budgets are increasingly tight and so every penny needs to be well spent.

With this in mind, our services are tailored to each school.

We provide varied contracts:

• Daily supply for last minute sickness or absence
• Ongoing, short or long-term supply such as extended absences or maternity leave
• Permanent staff for specific vacancies

Honesty is paramount when providing daily cover, most especially when the school require last-minute cover.

If we feel that circumstances such as transport/train delays or other extenuating circumstances could create delays in a supply teachers arrival at a school, you will be the first to know.

In cases where the school are interested in directly employing any of our cover staff beyond an initial two term period we may charge no introductory fee. This way, the school get to "keep" a great teacher, the teacher gets to continue in permanent employment and ultimately, the continuity with school staff will benefit the students.

We feel it's important to "do our bit" in keeping schools, teachers and students interests at the forefront of our approach.
