We see the DfES guidelines as a basic benchmark, our procedures go above and beyond the requirements.

Nothing is more important to us than safeguarding.

Vision Teaching supply staff are required to attend a face to face interview followed by the verification of the necessary documents by our compliance team.

Once a teacher has completed their full registration, Identification cards are sent. The cards feature a Photo, CRB number and their subject specialism.

Supply Booking Confirmation

For every supply booking made, your dedicated consultant will provide you with an email confirmation including a copy of our "Candidate Vetting List" – a document verifying the following information:-

  • Photo Identification
  • CRB disclosure details and dates
  • Overseas Clearances (if applicable)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • List 99 offender check
  • UK Address
  • Two recent references
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Teaching Qualification, QTS, Induction, GTC Teacher Reference Number

The "Candidate Vetting List" gives schools confidence in our safeguarding and has been praised by OFSTED during school inspections. You can request a copy for any teacher, any time.

Our teachers and support staff are given full travel plans and directions to your schools. We are confident that our information and guidance ensures their early arrival to the school, allowing them to sign in and be briefed on the day ahead.
