Who are Vision Teaching? Vision Teaching Ltd was established in February 2007 by our owners, Daniel and Craig who set us up to be a different type of educational recruiter, one that was committed to excellent customer service and building long-term relationships. We are one of the last established, independent recruitment companies in London. We have filled over 400,000 bookings, successfully placed over 5,000 people into roles and worked with thousands of schools.

How can we help you? We solely focus on London, attracting and retaining quality staff so that we can make a real difference to pupils in our partner schools. We proactively recruit for all school-based positions, prioritising staff with education-based experience, from leadership to qualified teachers and support staff.

By networking extensively throughout the UK and internationally we’ve become a trusted partner for talented people throughout their careers.

We intelligently match educators to schools to provide a recruitment service that adds value, even when providing temporary cover. Here at Vision Teaching we work with hundreds of schools all over London every week, who rely on us to help cover their recruitment needs. Our role is to help you get experience in a range of schools, whilst developing your career and genuinely making a difference to the schools you work in.

We’re passionate about providing our people with regular, consistent work, to meet the flexibility that a lot of our Vision community desire and we provide training and a supportive environment that stimulates professional growth throughout your career. We regularly have social events such as breakfast catch ups, evening socials, quizzes and trips, so our candidates get maximum enjoyment out of their roles and working with Vision Teaching.
