Vision Teaching is currently working with an Ofsted graded Good Primary School in Barking and Dagenham. The role is to start in September (this may change), until the end of the academic year, this role has the potential to extend into September dependent on performance and progress. You will be working 1-2-1 with a Y4 child who has severe behavioral problems.
The role in question, behavior support: -Support, engage and inspire learning. -Liaise with the SENCO and class teacher to help support behavior specifically with the pupil and potentially others as well. -Must have worked within primary education and have excellent KS2 knowledge. -Be confident and able to adapt to support pupils within all subject areas. -Must be a positive influence and role model.
