Teaching Assistant

A 2 form entry Richmond Primary school have contacted us in need of a full time LSA to join them to support a Year 6 child with behavioural needs. The child has struggled with the transition into Year 6 and this has triggered some challenging behaviour.

The school are looking for a candidate who has previously supported children with behavioural needs either in a mainstream or an SEN setting. You must have a firm but fair approach to things and a calming presence in the classroom. To be considered you must have at least a C in English and Maths, this is the most important year for child and the school need someone who can keep them focused on their class work and get the best results possible from them.

If you are interested in this post apply ASAP. We will be setting up interviews with the school in the first couple weeks back in January.
