An Outstanding primary school based in Richmond who prides themselves on providing outstanding learning and support for pupils with severe SEN including ASD and SEMH. This particular school are currently in the process of recruiting for SEN specialist TAs to join them after the February half term for full time roles.
Candidate specifics: -·Confident in managing challenging behaviour. ·Ability to come up with creative approaches to keep students engaged with their learning. ·Can work full time and for at least 1 academic year. ·Confidetn in assessing a pupil progress and supporting the class teacher where needed. -Ability to work on a 1-2-1 basis or take small groups. -Patient and calming manner. -DBS on the update service.
