Vision Teaching are currently working alongside an Outstanding primary school based in Richmond who are looking for a Learning Support Assistant.
This school prides themselves on providing outstanding learning and support for pupils with severe SEND including ASD and SEMH. This particular school are currently in the process of recruiting for SEND specialist TAs to join them in the coming weeks.
To be considered for this role you must: -Be confident in managing challenging behaviour -Have the ability to come up with creative approaches to keep students engaged with their learning -Be able to work full time and for at least 1 academic year -Be confident in assessing a pupil progress and supporting the class teacher where needed -Have the ability to work on a 1:1 basis or with small groups of pupils -Have a patient and calming manner -Have/ process a DBS on the update service
