An exciting opportunity exists for enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a great Primary School in Southwark. You will be assisting the class teacher by helping the identified student(s) to learn as effectively as possible, both independently and in different group situations. This is to start ASAP and it will continue for the rest of the academic year on a full time basis.
The SEN Teaching Assistant would be expected to work with pupils on a one to one basis, in addition to assisting within group sessions. You will be mainly working in Years 4 and 5 so experience of the KS2 curriculum is desirable but not essential.
